Placing Your Order

Orders may be placed online 24/7 or over the phone during business hours.

Orders are processed during business hours only (see office hours below).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

72-hour advance notice is recommended for all orders.

Orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to limited availability.

Holidays, conferences, and city-wide events may result in limited menu availability—order early for the best selection.
Pan Delivery Schedule & Timing

Orders placed 72+ hours in advance will be delivered or available for pickup at the requested time.

Next-day delivery is not available.

Delivery Window: We guarantee delivery within a 1-Hour window of your confirmed time.

Example: If your delivery is confirmed for 12:00 PM, your order will arrive between 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Due to fluctuating stock and inventory, last-minute orders may have limited product availability.
Delivery Criteria

The delivery address must have a visible, accessible entrance.

Deliveries are made to a direct entrance, lobby, or loading dock.

Our drivers will not enter office buildings, homes, or private spaces beyond the entry point—please have someone available to receive your order.
Simple Setup is available at an additional cost.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Kitchen Pick-up and Regular Daily Delivery Hours (By appointment):
Monday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday - 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Item Availability

Our website does not show live stock levels.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with full order details.

If any items are unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer substitutions.

Pan Modifications & Custom Orders

Our menu is designed for quick & easy ordering—we do not modify recipes.

Pan Preparation & Delivery

All pans are freshly prepared on the day of delivery.

Hot items are delivered at room temperature to allow for easy reheating.

Chilled items are delivered cold and should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Reheating time: Allow 30 minutes for warming or steaming before serving.
Pan Preservation

Your pans will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the refrigerator and longer if frozen.

Refrigerate or place chilled items on ice immediately upon delivery.
-
Hot dishes should be served or refrigerated within 3 hours of delivery.
Pan Supplies & Disposable Items

Every pan comes with one serving utensil (fork, spoon, or tongs).

Need plates, cutlery, napkins, or cups? Visit our Buy More section to add them to your order.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Credits

Orders placed 30+ days in advance may be canceled up to 7 days before delivery.

You may choose between:
Refund (with an 18% service & cancellation fee deducted)
A BuyThePans.com credit (only a 10% service fee applies)

Orders canceled within 7 days of delivery:
May be rescheduled within 14 days (subject to availability)
A 25% rescheduling fee applies
If rescheduling is not possible, no refund will be issued
Rescheduling is a one-time courtesy per customer. Additional rescheduling is subject to BuyThePans.com’s discretion.
BuyThePans.com does not accept returns of any food items.
BuyThePans.com Service Area

We deliver within the Atlanta Metro area and up to 70 miles outside of Atlanta.

For deliveries beyond our service area, contact us to see if accommodations can be made.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our dishes may contain or be prepared near common allergens, including:
- Gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, mustard, and sulfites.

We do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
By agreeing to BuyThePans.com’s Terms & Conditions, you release us from all liability for allergic reactions or food-related illnesses.

Liability & Indemnification
BuyThePans.com is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by:
• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues)
• Customer mishandling of food after pickup/delivery
• Late or missed pickups by the customer
Customers agree to hold BuyThePans.com harmless from legal claims related to food consumption, delivery issues, or event mishaps.
